Lyrics
big ol flowers in the clear blue skies
big olf floweres reminding me of your eyes
your blank eyes
questioning everything remindiing me that Im alive
questioning everything reminding me that I’ll survive

magic and divine
the clouds are nice up here
in 291
the air is pure
I like it and I like and i like it up here
and all I can say is thanks
so thanks
yeah thanks

tellimg me no
but meaning yes
what do you plan on doing with that
on the edge of the knife
on the edge of life
ie where im at
its where we are

rather be doing somthing I really wanted to do!
and rather be ièd ratherbe me
id rther be me
with me , with me and you

maybe we are fortunte
maybe luckier than most

seeing shapes i my mind
in touch with my time
in touch with you
291 with you

a little mystery
It took a little creative googling but I finally got the 291 reference...I like this song. It's sort of obvious that the music is pretty repetitive, and that could be a negative, but the naive quality of your voice and the sort of eccentric vision of this sustains it, and it's got a groove. Reminds me of something, but I don't know what.
I like Georgia O'Keefe, though I'm probaly more of an Alfred Stieglitz myself.

Sweet
and simple. I enjoyed this song. The lyrics are cool. Guitar is a tad bit repetitious. I didn't seem to mind it tho. Great song. Welcome back.

Okay- I googled it too...
So now I know it more than did before. Regarding the
song: it's sweet, but it is repetitious. That seems to work
okay here but have you considered adding any other
sounds to give the song a little more color and variety?

Cool lyrics and song!

Rough
But doesn't suck. Some of the levels are weird, guessing it
was recorded live. Some of the backup stuff doesn't come
through at all.

I'd like to see you clean up both the song and the lyrics.
You do a good job of balancing innocence and something
less than. "Telling me no, but meaning yes," is a line no
man can use.

I enjoyed the track. Not really the 14 year old girl it was
aimed at, but can still tell it's a strong cut. You should try
to sell it as a song writer. I could see bands like Eisley or
A-Teens doing it (or you if you step into a studio).

Umm, what is 291 with you mean? Need to know, may
jump on a chatroom later and try to pick up a federal
agent posing as a teen.

Rough
291 is the name of the gallery Alfred Stieglitz owned in New york. This was
Georgia O'Keeffe's husband. The song is about their relationship and their
work.

Cool pop groove
I think this has a really infectious melody and rhythm..the
vocals really remind of Ricki Lee Jones.
Wouldn't mind hearing you expand this with a few more
background sounds (keyboard, electric guitar?). Sounds
really good though

simplicity greatness
I love your unique voice! (unique, well not entirely, reminds me of Melanie, you know the hippiesinger?) And the chords are great too, but why not try to modulate, find a pair of other chords to match the first (match, I mean more complementary to create a diversion) Hey, I like the banjo?-arrangement, well it creates sort of a diversion. It's sort of a pamflet presented like this and that's a success anyway. Shame about the click at the end. thumbs up anyway!

Interesting contrast
Really nice acoustic backing. The drums mix well with the guitar and bass. Your unique voice is a perfect contrast to the simple acoustic backing. A great style. Cool.

rewind
Listened again. Couldn't resist. It's a great little song.
Rewind: Doesn't need diversion at all. It's just so elementary!
