Your song makes excellent cohesive use of sound
clips, set to an epic almost familiar backtrack. I can't
think of whaty it's reminding me of...but anyhoo, you
made a great arrangement here. You can't help but
think of Living Color when you here "The only thing
we have to fear speech clip".

This is a great example of using music for postove
change, and for expressing discontent. I appreciate
your statement with this one.

Impressive tune. Depressing times. Uplifting effect,
realizing their are like minded people out there.

Thanks for the comments. I generally stay away from political statements in my music because in the past I've found it's not worth the trouble it stirs up.

There was one sound clip I wanted for this tune, from the McCarthy hearings, the infamous "are you now or have you ever been..." but I haven't been able to track it down. I think it would go along nicely with the other clips.

The musical setting is very familiar, but I don't know why. I may have inadvertantly "borrowed" from something else, but I can't for the life of me think of what it is.

that. They will be reading out of kindergarden books
about pet goats.

Very much like this cut. I just tried and published one like
it. Yours has a much better flow. It's amazing how how
you can remix the voices and use the music to make a
political statement.

Although it is extrmely easy to put audio samples on top of a backing track, this is some great stuff, it could be the soundtrack to a major film. The keyboards sound great aswell as a coushty drumbeat to keep it all flowing. The pause is very effective, works really well as a short break from the melody. Great last comment aswell.

This is a hot track. Straight up, very powerful stuff. It drew on some great stuff- Strangelove (I might have thrown the "mein f�hrer I can walk" line in there- but my hatred for authoritarianism is pretty big). Anyway, I thought that this piece made great use of drum tracks as a driving force while the other instrumentation created excellent melodic tension. This is revolutionary stuff, and the kinda thing that says Big Brother may have been watching all these years, but a million Little Brothers are watching him and will call him out for all the nonsense they push on us in defense of their power grabs! I could go on, but you nailed it with this- hot track, solid and tight production, and biting political satire. In short: off the hook!
