Yes
Love the slinky syncopation here, smooth tones and
dynamic ebb and flo.
This is music to have sex to - and not the internet kind.

Does any woman deserve a song this good?
Hehehe. Just kidding man. Great song. Could be the
score to Shystee Turkey Porn 3. But seriously-

This is fine songmaking, you're getting a great
handle on recording. I bet most people here can't tell
you have only been doing it for a few songs...simply
because you play so damn good. Really.
You got skills beyond your book smaats.
This is applied
theory. Anybody who doesn't think there's alot of
thought put into this tune needs to be shot. It may
come off as a simple hook at a quick glance, but
that's the magic of this tune...look closer; there's a
whole garden of textures and tones happening. I'm
as serious as a train wreck man. Easy listening that
doesn't require you to be soft to enjoy it is the best
kind of easy listening.
OHH YAA!

Guitars take flight
halfway thru this lovely, echo-y piece. Tunes like this are
why I appreciate this website.

What's the time signature?

Guitars take flight
thanks for listening and liking, it's much appreciated. as far as the time
signature, it's in straight 4/4, but the guitar & bass hits are on odd beats like
3 , 2and. and other beats which i can't think of right now.

Guitars take flight
oh btw, if you like this style of music, you should check out, if you haven't
already, a composer by the name of Steven Reich. i'm not sure i spelled it
right, but there's one album with train tracks on the front. it's sweet . Pat
Metheny plays on it and does that same kind of delay thing with his guitar
except with a lot more guitar lines looping over and over. it's beautiful

Guitars take flight
I have listened to Reich's "Electric Counterpoint," from his album Different
Trains, with Pat Metheny. There is another piece of his you might enjoy:
"Electric Guitar Phase," for 4 electric guitars (arr. by Dominic Frasca). It is from
the Triple Quartet. Incredible stuff.

Label your mp3
As pgreenstone pointed out to me when I was new here,
make sure you put your name on your mp3 file, so it is
included when the tune is downloaded.

Canyons of sound
Very much a mood piece for late night. Wine, cheese and
ahmm, well I'm too old to remember the other part. I liked
the first part a little better than I did the 2nd half. It got a
little bit repetitive, but hey, beautiful sounds and
masterful playing. I can't imagine what kind of incredible
stuff you will be composing when you are my age.

Fantastic!
Wow- you make that 335 sing. Excellent playing and the
sound mix was awesome. Not enough superlatives to
bestow here I'm afraid.

Mind with a girl in song
Very cool textures, letting go of melodic baggage you've
let just the emotion of motion carry the music. The intro
was longish, I thought at first, then realized what was
going on. More like "mind with a girl in song." Sweet
playing, controlled effects, great thought-thru.
