Description
Well, since I've been sick for the majority of the last week, I've not been able to do any vocals for any recordings, I decided to try something a bit different.
This is an arrangement of the Christian praise chorus "Seek Ye First" placed into Pachebel's Canon in D. Way back in my college years, I took a music media class where we were challenged to do the sorts of things we here do with GB all the time. Back in those days, the closest thing to GB was an Alesis synth with a built in sequencer. This was a short little piece I created for a class assignment (along with sheet music created on the old DOS program Music Printer Plus since Finale was just hitting the market and the school was about a month away from purchasing it).
Anyway, I ran across the old DOT MATRIX sheet music over the weekend, and decided to pull out my Oxy8 and input the music into GarageBand.
This was meant to be a beginner/early intermediate level string quintet, and was actually performed by such a group during a recital in my college years.
Only built-in GB string sounds were used. This is also my first LAME encoding, and I have to say it did help keep the sound closer to the original. Also, I applied some tips from Dadai previous to encoding, and I believe they helped as well.

This might be interesting as a vocal piece--maybe
multiple joymark voices?
