...and i can see why.
lots of 'movement' and the violins were sweet touch. would have like to have heard your bass more clearly, though. sounds slightly on the smeary side in the low mids. hi-passed?

Yo.
Thanks man.... yeah the bass was just a stock loop from GarageBand (although a standup double-bass... hence the low-end rounded nature of the sound)... but I must say: when I mixed it down I was listening to it through my headphones (Sennheiser HD 280 pros) it sounded a lot clearer than when I listen through my KRK Rokit 8's. So I think a lot will have to do with the selected medium that you listen through.....

Non-the-less... thanks for listening!

P.S. loved the track

I like the sounds you use and the urgency get in this - it moves along well. Good use of the stereo spectrum. Entertaining music!

cool
Cool layering of the standup bass, guitar and synth arpeggios. Was expecting a classical style composition 'Chopin' style when I looked at the artwork, but this is a refreshing musical ride. Is this loops or samples? Well put together either way.

My favorite part is around 1:30.
