I wrote this piano number just about a year ago. It is from my collection of such pieces generally titled "By The Numbers." There are currently 142 of them. It's quite simple in structure: an expo in C, a bit of a diversion in Cm, and then a recap again in C. (I never write anything in C, so this is a bit different for me.) I hope you will enjoy a listen.

Glad you've given C a chance.
Begins as a sweet dancing number. I like the dramatic turn it takes at about 1:50 and the change in tone midway through. A more pensive and engaging section.
Another winning work Paul.

Hmm, I 'C'...
Paul, as usual this is a pleasure to listen to. A really delightful piece of music and, of course, well played on that piano of yours. The turn at the middle, as Bowman said, is a mood change, somewhat melancholic. Nice. And then back to the more optimistic mood... Well done, sir.

You have broken the speed limit by 22 km/h, but you'll be not fined for speeding. :)
Excellent work again.
Such pleasure to listen to your compositions.

Delightful trip across the keyboard, Paul. A happy tune played with your usual dexterity. I've added it to my collection - again, with thanks!

One Hundred Twenty
As engaging and delightful as ever, Paul. The reflective Cm section just serves to highlight the joy of the major opening. Melodic and delicate. Thanks, Peter.

My Dad...
...and grandfather always said, "Play it in 'do'! Sweet piece, as usual. Randy Bachman once said, "There's still a thousand more songs to be written in the key of 'C'. Well, something like that, anyway.

Another that I mat have missed
This lack of notifications is a real pain.

Lovely work Paul. I love the dynamics in this piece. I'm not sure I've heard you give the keyboard such abuse before ;-)

The drop down after the crash is very effective.

What a dance
C is a great key for you. (As if there's a bad key for you.) Fantastic as always, my friend.

Wonderful playing as usual Paul
You have such command of your instrument - it's great to hear your heart beating behind a piece like this. The meditations and the swelling dances - the emotion and the color.Beautiful turn at 3:30. A new twist that carries us out. Excellent. Also in interesting note for MJ that our two very different exercises share the limelight at the moment. Cheers!

Very nice one
With a bit more "dynamic" playing than usual, I think ;-)
