Description
In my explorations of "can I do this with a recorder" I've hit a definite "kinda".

I love the way you have integrated the different elements of this! A warm sound (which surprises me - I think my view of a recorder is based on being forced to play one in primary school, and squeaks were the main sound coming from them!). Intriguing melody, too.Much enjoyed!

Warm
These are mostly low recorders: tenor, bass, great bass. In the end I wind up using an alto recorder, but still, everything is in a lower register than your school recorder.

Lower register
That explains part of the difference. I suspect the talent of the player was also a factor. 😄

"deelish"
is short/slang for "delicious". Also, the whole piece is based on a D drone, so I wanted a title with "Dee"..... I don't take my titles very seriously.

Thanks for commenting!

Yes you can!
Very nice arrangement and performance/s Vic. This seems to grow as it progresses, both in complexity and confidence. I'd say it's a little more than "kinda"!
Cheers from Oz,

This is excellent!
A new sound and tremendously enjoyable - can only imagine how long it took to create this. At first I thought it was a modified recorder sound, until I read your description.

Glad I came across this - especially since I just got a tenor recorder myself and hope to experiment in a similar fashion (although I'm realistic and don't think it'll ever get this refined)!
