Description
I haven't put something up for a while and I've had this little waltz going round in my head for a while so I thought I'd write it down. Then put it here. So here it is - a little light waltz. Enjoy!

Just a little light waltz...
Yea, works just fine. The resolve might be familiar... wonderfully concordant. Thank you for sharing your work with us here. Your work holds a fine commercial component while maintaining a steady flow of ideas and determined style. Hopefully music is making you a living!

A Little Light Waltz
There is something very enjoyable and unique to this! I don't know if it is the chords you build with, or the reverb of the lower notes of the piano... very fine sound!

Hi Nahum - this is absolute perfection! Are you playing it? Beautiful - eat your heart out Chopin!

I wish it were longer...
Definitely worthy of some development, and maybe orchestration too. It's a strange blend of familiar and new, as if it's hinting at something old or paying tribute to it, while having ideas of its own. I hope it grows into something bigger, but even if it doesn't I had to listen several times.

Chopinesque...
You've got the Chopin thing going here, Nahum, right down to the very explicit rubato throughout. But it is, nevertheless, a unique, new piece, and it can be enjoyed (is enjoyed) for its own self, period. It is, however, very short, and seems like only half of the piece it could be (should be?). I hope you will revisit it one day and perhaps pen a "B" section and then a flourishing finale. The piece can easily stand both and will give you a nice recital number, too. Nicely done. Your playing, too, is refined and exact, a pleasure to listen to.
