I love Praetorius' music
and you've done him justice, Henry-style. Hot dance indeed.

Odd...
On close listen, so do I. This was done entirely "in the box", that is, within Logic. None of the levels were in the red. 32-bit floating point should never clip. Wonder what's going on?

Looking it up
Pardon my ignorance. I had to look up both "spagnoletta" (which has some interesting derivatives beyond dance) and Michael Praetorius. I'm always amazed at how little I know about the music of the past. (I probably can say the same about the music of today, so at least there's a sort of consistency.) That said, this is one of the reasons I enjoy being a member of the Macjams community .. because it exposes one to all kinds of different music you would never otherwise come across.

This is crisply played with vivacious verve. And yes, I could dance to it .. maybe just not the spagnoletta.
