Description:
This song does have lyrics, but I have not had the guts to sing them in yet. This is a song about women, which was written when I was angry with my girlfriend. This is not about her though, but she inspired me to write it.
I also made this song sound as it was live, as an experiment.

Made with Apple Loops only

Hardware:
G4 Powerbook 15"

Software:
Garageband 1.0

your experiment worked! &mdash 04/06/05 - 09:56:51 AM
it does sound live.

I like you guitar playing! Can't wait to hear the lyrics!

Hi thanks!
As my guitar was broke, I found Apple Loops that suited the sound of the
song which I intended.. Everything is Apple Loops, even the crowd..
I will try to upload a new version, with my playing guitar, and I will try to do
the vocals too..

Surprising you title it as you do, but don't have the guts to
really pull the trigger.

I like the crowd ending more that your later posting of this
song. And the change ups don't seem as abrupt. Not sure
if there is any difference,

Better than acoustic version &mdash 04/07/05 - 03:16:56 AM
Muddiness of drums fits overall production better. Same
advice for cymbals I gave in acoustic applies here. :)

Nice drum sound &mdash 04/12/05 - 08:20:02 AM
Yes I will agree that the drums have a "live" sound. Good
job I think that they are really well suited for the song.

I heard the version of this one without the vocals earlier
on this week and as promisied I am back to check out this
one. But now I am sad because there weren't any vocals. I
think that you should take a shot at it. Just open up and
let the vocals rip out. You never know until you try, but
with the sound of your musical abilities in the
instrumental departement, I have certainty that you would
do a fantastic job. I will anticipate the release of the
vocals.

If interested in working on anything together let me know.
I really like your instrumental style.

Tnx for kind words, however, these aren't my instruments. These are all loops
:( As my guitar broke, I could only mess around with loops, and trying to add
effects to them so they don't sound so "apple"..
I have a brand new guitar now, though, and are recording and working on
different things, hopefully you will listen to this when it comes up too.

Amazing loopistry! &mdash 04/12/05 - 04:06:30 PM
I'm surprised you could pull that off with loops. It needs
vocals, tho'. However, if you'd written them then you
might have pissed her off so much that there would be no
recovery. Maybe better that you didn't!

Tnx for your comment!
All the guitar loops are different Acoustic Noodlings, only added some
distortion. Same goes with the drums, added some extra reverb to try and
make it sound more loud.

I also have the JamPack 1, not sure if any of the loops are on there.

The lyrics are inspired by my girlfriend, but is generally about women!
