Hey, couldn't hear anything wrong with the playing itself,
but the volums needs to be adjusted a bit. The Acoustic
guitar should not be louder then the El-guitar, imo.

And the fade in fade out took a lot from the song. Maybe
cut down a little on the fade in.

But keep up the good work!

Yep. I agree with donglenn. Turn down the acoustic and crank the electric.

You could use the electric guitar as atmosphere for the
acoustic guitar, but since the acoustic guitar is playing a
rhythmic figure and not a lead one, it make sense to
switch the emphasis.
The panning is interesting, it's easy to go overboard with
that, but you've shown restraint.
You playing sounds fine and I look foward to hearing
more.
