Yes, "Lente" is Dutch for "Spring".
This was a fun tune to do. It's a challenge to take a simple melody and at the
same time keep the whole song simple, but still make it a bit sophisticated.

Bach-like..... That hadn't occurred to me, but yeah, large parts of the Bach
keyboard repertoire are firmly lodged in my motor memory, so that would
make sense.

What a cheerful, sunny song. Philine's voice is very good and it's amazing what a strong melody she wrote. Your instrumentation is the perfect background, too.
I'd also like to hear the vocal in the foreground a little more, but that's just a tiny issue, reallly.
