When I saw this was posted in hip hop/rap I thought we
were going to hear you sing (!). Maybe someone will offer
to put lyrics to this. As it is now, I think this piece might
be better placed in the Soundtrack genre.

My suggestion, Jemimah, is for you to get an inexpensive
midi keyboard and play around with it, see if you can add
a melody of your own to your excellent loop work? (After
you get your school work finished!)

Thanks for listening and your suggestions!

I want to buy midi keyboard, but i have never played piano before, so maybe i
can't use it well. so i think i will practice using midi keys with the garageband
keyboard system. and then buy one.

Mr. Atwood, I'm sure that my parents will thank you about it;)

thanks for your comment.

Yes White Hawks, buy yourself a keystation 49e. With your obvious love of
music and natural composing abilities you'll be creating your own melodies in
no time.

Piano's are great &mdash 04/17/05 - 09:16:39 PM
but the synths'd be better off on this track.
Its got some potential if u take off the synths, not bad...

i think because i can't think like this, musically, i am in
awe of folks who can! this is just such a weird mix of
classical, pop, and funk, that without hearing it, i'd say it
couldn't work... but you get it to! and very well.

i don't think it really needs lyrics, really. it's a nice groove
and the piano acts as the "vocal" in most parts.

admittedly, i was kinda bummed that the song ended. it
could have gone on longer and i'd have been happy, tho
it's length (in time) is actually perfect.

this is a very nicely assembled track and i'm happy you
shared it up! thanks!
