Description
This is a great song, and it's one that I teach to my kids at school. Lots of great chord changes, and opportunities for reharmonization.
I'm using the piano plug-in Synthogy Ivory, and the setting is Jazz C7 with PCM Pad.
Since Ivory does not work for me right now in GB, I have found a work-around to get my old GB piano files re-recorded with Ivory. I connected a cable with 1/8" stereo mini-plugs on both sides to my Mac's headphone jack and the "audio-in" jack. Then I opened up Sound Studio (it apparently came built-in with my new eMac last summer) and set the input to "line-in." And I pushed "record" on Sound Studio and "play" in GB, and viola, I am recording my piano parts from GB with Ivory to my hard drive via SoundStudio. I tried this with DP, but I got a few clicks now and then. I get a few clicks with SoundStudio, but not as many. Then I take the finished file(s) (some with clicks in various places) and piece together one file with no clicks.
A really weird work-around, but it worked (this time, at least.)
