Description:
I recently split with my boyfriend of 5 years, I had been with him since I was 18, so this song expresses how I feel

Lyrics:
Now that your here
Your all I ever wanted
Nothing to fear
Its all I want from you
Ive been here waiting
For such a long time
Could you forgive me

Can I keep you
Feel you in my arms once more
Can I hold on to
Memories that feel so torn
Feel Safe
Take Care
Never feel like
You are not here

Something quite like this
Doesnt come very often
Grasp it if you can
Because I want you to
Standing here watching
I think a million thoughts
Use your initiative

Can I keep you
Feel you in my arms once more
Can I hold on to
Memories that feel so torn
Feel Safe
Take Care
Never feel like
You are not here

Bridge???

Can I keep you
Feel you in my arms once more
Can I hold on to
Memories that feel so torn
Feel Safe
Take Care
Never feel like
You are not here

Welcome! &mdash 04/20/05 - 07:02:51 AM
Nicely done!

I liked the intro and the use of harmonies throughout.

Great composition and production!

is quite upbeat considering the subject. I enjoyed the driving feel, synth and timing. This is the first song of yours I've listened to. Love the bridge and vocal variations. Love the writing. I'll be checking out more of your songs over the next few days. I hope you have some slow material in your collection. I think your voice would be showcased more by a soft ballad. Thx for sharing this one.

I'd like to hear you with a real mic sometime, though it
always amazes me how good a mac built in mic is. Very
nice tune and use of harmony parts - it keeps reminding
me of some of my fav singers, so you're doing well. There
are a couple times I'd like to see you stretch it a bit more
- go out on a limb just a bit farther, you approach it here,
but pull back a bit just at the last moment. Let go a bit
more and you'll be a force to be reckoned with.

steamy &mdash 04/29/05 - 12:52:42 PM
You ought to reclassify this as dance. It has the sultry, slithery feel of a heated dance number, a tango or something similiar. It would go well in a movie for a passionate dance sequence. Kind of had a nice zesty Shakira feel to it as well.
I noticed that I really had to turn my volume up to reach normal levels though. The same volume level that would be blasting the room with any other songs comes out only as normal level.
