I really dig the sound. To me it reminds me of Violent
Femmes, and I think that our music has room for this sort
of style.
What I don't dig as much are the mixdown levels. In this
case I would say that less is more, but as it is a first take,
that is precisely the sort of information that I think you
are looking for. Just bring your whole mixdown down
quite a few dB and see how you like the sound of that.
Also if you post more information about the sequencer
software involved and the gear that you have used, then
people can be more inclined to give you good feedback.
I think that you are onto a really cool style this one. Keep
up the hard work. Thanks for sharing.
