I agree This composition of this song is more introspective. However, I didn't like the bongos. I think they distract from the music rather than enhance it. I did like this interpretation very much, bongos aside. well done! Check out my latest song called Smoove

I agree You know, at the begining i was confused about the beat. I was thinking about not puting any kind of it. Not a drum, not a bongo... but at the end i decided to put the bongos. But i still confused. Check out my latest song called Sempiterna Decepción

Letting the poetry shine thru I love that you can hear Trent sing. Nice isolation and accompaniment. Agree about giving the build more power, especially in the middle section climax. I kind of like the end when he is more crazed and only the flute is there to add to the layering. The concept of bongos is a potentially cool one, but I think a real play would play more cooled out on this track, less notes, let more space happen. More poetry here, intimacy and introspection. Very nice. Check out my latest song called Forge A New Life (MJRF)

I like how this arrangement and melody works with Trent's
vocals. It gives the song a much more thoughtful and
introspective feel. The original is more about the rage.
This one is more like he's really asking a serious question
of himself and really thinking about the answer. Very nice
job. I think you could build the music more in the end
section as his singing becomes more emphatic.
