Description:
I've always loved latin-jazz style music and, thanks to GB, it's become possible for a complete self-taught amateur like me to have a crack at creating something in this genre at home. I upset the cat if I try to sing and I'm useless with lyrics but I I kind of think this tune might be suitable for someone with vocal talents (Bebel Gilberto style?) to develop into a song .....so If there are any budding vocalists/lyricists out there who would be interested, let me know,
cheers, Phil

Hardware:
G4 powerbook
fender strat

Groovy..... &mdash 04/23/05 - 07:53:14 AM
I really dig the groove on this. Very cool indeed. There is
some mud in the mix that I can't quite indentify. The
guitar is really pleasant to listen to. I may see if my wife
wants to take a crack at a vocal. She's got a wonderful
voice for this sort of thing.

thanks for commenting and glad you like it. I think I know what you mean
about the muddy mix so maybe I'll experiment a bit more.... I'm really on
quite a learning curve with this.
Let me know if you wife is interested in adding vocals.... I've no previous
experience of long-distance multi-track collaborations but some of the
contributions I've heard on MJ are truly inspiring and the possibilities seem
endless.
