LOL &mdash 05/07/05 - 05:05:57 AM
I don't know what to say ..... the song's been over for about a minute now .... this was a fun listen.
With the title I was first expecting a klezmer style take of "Tara-Ra-Boom-De-Ay". :)

Enjoyed It &mdash 05/07/05 - 08:08:01 AM
Cantor, your not too square I think they just lock you up in your office too much, LOL. No, but it was a fun listen especially because you got me tinking about it earlier when you told me in Music Class. I wasnt sure what it would be like, and I enjoyed this. Especially the vocal style and level changes. Peace out and good job!

Oh, Man! &mdash 05/07/05 - 01:02:28 PM
I wish I could have done my whole bar mitzva torah reading like this. This is absolutely fantastic, Cantor. Very amusing and well done. I have a lot of people who have to hear this one. This could be another one of those "must download"s.

Not exactly &mdash 05/08/05 - 08:55:17 AM
What I was expecting. Again, very original and
entertaining!

I wish we could vote on titles. &mdash 05/12/05 - 10:53:24 PM
Yours would get a 10!

I also wish my grandparents were still alive. They'd get such a kick out of your arrangements...my grandma would want to jitterbug to this one! (And so do I.)

I am not &mdash 05/13/05 - 10:44:09 PM
Jewish, nor am i in the 6th grade (my wife would argue)
but Cantor, you've made me wish i was both. Can i audit
the class or something? Love the barbershop type backups
and they were EQd and panned perfectly.
thanks for posting this!

Fun! &mdash 05/16/05 - 09:44:15 PM
This was not at all what I expected! Fun and happy. I'm
sure the 6th graders will love it as much as we do! This
was really creative.

Kinda sounds like . . . &mdash 05/27/05 - 06:55:04 AM
. . . "On The Road Again" by Willie Nelson. And that's a
good thing.

I have no idea what the words mean, but it sounds like a
lot of fun. Love the chorus and the thick harmony at the
end. The drums are awesome.

I can see the dance steps... &mdash 06/14/05 - 10:50:14 AM
My favorite parts: the drumming, the bass sound, and the
50s vocals group jazz style ending (could have used more
of those backup singers!) A Klezmer clarinet would be a
perfect addition. Very fun. Now, what sort of
choreography do you have in mind?

AWESOME!!!! &mdash 06/17/05 - 03:21:04 PM
Way to go Cantor. This is fabulous. I have heard it the old
way so many times, I didn't think it could ever sound any
different. This is fantastic. It makes me wish every shul
had a live band accompanying the whole service. THAT
sure would get people coming in by the droves, don't ya
think?!? THANKS!
