Thanks SGF. Very nice that you had a listen. Not sure where it fits in with all of
the great music on this site, but thought I'd throw myself into the mire.

This is kind of like what I imagine the "symphony of the
planets" sounds like in the universe....something like that.
Love the synth sounds that come in sounding *almost*
like a chorus....with the more percussive sound effects
buzzing in and out.
This is just the kind of music that iTunes Visualizer was
made for...expansive, creative, a little unpredictable.

nice.

Symphony of the Planets....nice visual. And you're right, iTunes visualizer loves
unpredictable music...I love loading it up when I play this music back. There are
a few sounds involved that I thought of as voices...including, as you mentioned,
the drifting synths...but also those very uneasy almost "pulsing" synths sounds,
that to me, are like voices...perhaps over the loudspeaker in a train station.

or maybe they're on the radio....

Thanks Myst.

3-boding! &mdash 05/08/05 - 07:32:45 PM
Well, since it is the 3rd segment, it can't be foreboding,
now can it? Maybe it just "bodes". Nice use of sustained
minor chords and slow progressions, good
instrumentation & pacing. My only critique on this one is
it seems to be slightly heavy in the midrange, or the high
end seems a little damped... I'd like to hear the synths be
a little crisper and the percussive banging have a little
more high-end (I was listening through headphones,
BTW.) Otherwise, gives a feeling of uneasy tension on an
unstoppable conveyor belt toward an uncertain destiny.
Welcome to life, I'm here too! And keep them segments
rolling... maybe, like Shaherezade (sp?), if we keep doling
out segments, we'll postpone our inevitable demise.
ttfn,
Drakonis

Like womb dreams, heat pulsing, voyage to come, process
and water. Very well done.

Thank you Tobin. Nice of you to have a listen. It's important to me to tell a story
when I play...and You have sum'd this one up well. Your comments are greatly
appreciated.
