Ahh, yes. An absolutely mindless twelve-bar blues complete with grungy, deliberately fake-sounding synths at 00:16.   And, layers of female vocals that are so tight, they’re glued in place.   Sometimes the bass-line is rich and thick, and sometimes it isn’t there.   Yup, that’s the 90’s!   You might not be quite sure what you just heard, but your toes are tappin’ and now ... the damm thing is stuck in your head for at least the next couple of days.

I do like to hear the little musical trick like what happens at 00:09, where a new main-theme is dropped-in that hits on the off-beat (#2), forcing it to become the down-beat and, in so doing, really kicks the song into a fast groove.   The composer thereby sets-up the whole thing in 18 seconds flat.   (I am trying a similar thing with my latest ... another variation of my little xylophone/marimba Ditty, who this time has a groovin’ little 5-piece combo behind it.)
