Ya got Duane Allman and 'Retha doing a great Band Song here. Not possible to do any better I would say. Although I do like the Staple Singer's and the Band on this tune a lot as well.
God bless Ms. 'Retha! Her like will never be seen again in American culture. She was Queen of Soul, when America still had one.

Aretha introduced by Bill Graham to the San Francisco hippie rock crowd at the Fillmore West in 1971... just a snippet of a great set by Franklin.

I suppose that we all knew that it had to happen soon, and that’s why there wasn’t an empty seat in the house at the Schermerhorn Symphony Center in Nashville, Tennessee ... and my wife and I were there, along with the rest of the music-loving city, hearing the Queen perform in a hall with perfect acoustics.
