Lyrics
And I wouldn't say that I am your friend,
You keep on threatening to sue me, Again and again.
And I wouldn't say that this is the end,
Despite the fact you'll try to screw me
Again and Again.

Mary put down your book,
Come outside with me,
Let's go to the pictures or the discotheque.

Mary says she only goes out at the weekend,
Oh how I wish she'd only go out with me.
Mary says she's saving it up for the weekend,
Oh how I wish she'd save some of it for me.

And do you recall before we were friends,
I used to stand beneath your window - drenched in the rain.
But now the rain's gone, we've drifted away
And now that we're no longer lovers - I still call out your name.

Explicit?
Ahh, the sweet taste of censorship - actually the first lines
are about divorce, being sued - and subsequently
'screwed'.
Eeeen my country this means "to be ripped off; to come
out in a less favourable financial situation".
Two nations divided by a common language, eh?

You guys just need to learn to speak American! ;)

Very cool tune once again. Nice and bouncy. Great vocals and guitar work.
Thanks for sharing.

I like this one a lot. It sounds like you really know what
you're doing. Very professional and ready for the radio. I
can't think of any critical comments/suggestions.

So, the admins put the [Explicit] tag on there? For saying
"screwed"?! Bwahahahahaha! In the context you used it it
means exactly the same thing here in the U.S.

Then again, I get censored here for typing "cocktail napkin".

I guess they fixed that recently. It used to automatically censor any word that
contained the letters of a banned word like in the cases of "cocktail"
and
"Sweetwater".

Thanks for that..
I appreciate the comments. I've really tried to get my head
around Logic Express and use it to the full. Also I've been
listening and listening to the mixes of my musical
influences. Also there's some good stuff on the
intramaweb about mxing etc. Some excellent links from
this site.
Hope it's paying off.

Hooks a plenty!
Great guitar hooks, catchy melody lines, lovely acoustic
guitar strumming, nice harmonies. Great bounce and
flavor to this tune.
I could have used a little bit more vocals and a little less
compression. But I also like whale blubber with
strawberry jam... I think you know what I'm trying to
say... right...? If you do know what I'm trying to say could
you please let me know...? Thanks!
Wonderful!

Everything is good, but that you thought whether it is good
devising the pitch and arrangement of the chorus a little,
