Description
This song did not start as an electronic/dance/techno song whatsoever. It was more of an acoustic piano version--but--Umm--I guess it got spiced up a bit. A nice short and sweet lil techno-electro. Yes.

Lyrics
Home Remix

Wandering-
Traveling-
Searching for you.

I cannot seem to figure out-
Where you've gone to.

I look around and see our things
I don't want to believe it's true.
With everything that we have here-
I really just miss you.

Cause when I'm in your arms it feels like Home.

I walk in the door-
The lights are off-
I have to turn them on.

I listen up-
It's quiet here.
I have the TV make some noise.

I look around and see our things
I don't want to believe it's true.
With everything that we have here-
I really just miss you.

Cause when I'm in your arms it feels like Home.

Home..ahhh.

lovely vocals!
Reminds me a little bit of the Cranberries.
Soothing yet dancy... delightful.

Wahoo! I am a fan of the Cranberries and have been off-sorts-ways studying
their vocal stylings. Thats fun! Thanks-

great rhythm
the underlying base of this song is really catchy and
pulled me in quite fast. I like the vocals as well. The only
thing I can offer is that it ends a bit fast and could be a
little longer.

Got me with 'Ho-oh-oh-hommmm'
Wonderful tune Arin. Are you new? Need to check. If so,
welcome to MacJams. If not, sorry I have missed you. This
is really a catchy piece, largely due to your engaging vocal
and your variations on the word, 'home.'

Very nice. Wonder what this would be like as a folk song?

I see you are not new. So many songs, so little time. Glad I caught this one.
You can thank cjhoose. She was talking you up on mac chat.

Nice!
Let me start by saying: great vocals! Shame I haven't heard
you before. There's another thing on my to-do list...
I really liked this one - very dancy beats but soothing
vocals. Nice contrast.
I love your take on 'home'.
Again, thank CJ - otherwise I'd never heard this.
Great job!

Love the pretty singing!
Like the words and expression, nice the backround singing.

Again, pretty, lightness, feather-breeze singing. Just terrific!

Hey, this is cool, in a sort of Berlin-y way
Catchy, unique phrasing in the singing of the lyrics. I wish
thee was some change of instruments in the chorus or
something different anyway from the verses. I think would
help take it up a notch, both in feeling and in flow. It would
give the chorus something to go up to, and the fall back to
the verse would be emphasized.

Arin Service
Very Postal Service beat. Nice elctro pop stuff for sure.
You should do more of this. it's great. Your under-singing
really goes with the song.

Rad and super bad!

I agree, does sound like the Cranberries, which is a good thing. I really
like the song. Keep up the good work!

Good Start
Reminds me of Jane Siberry a bit. Would love to hear strategic
doubling of that beautiful voice. Also, 3 or 4 part tight harmonies
on the bg vocals would be wonderful.

I hope you continue sculpt this one.
