Electric
guitar and piano, that's an interesting combination. And then the rockin'. Wow, this is cool. The first movement, the guitar makes it sound like it and the piano are circling, zeroing in, until finally it takes off. What a great mix! Great solos John, and awesome composition Einar.

woohoo!
I've been hearing about this for quite awhile :D Good to see it finished.
Good job, guys. The piano kind of throws me right at the beginning,
seemed a bit far away, but when the guitar comes in it sounds good.
*nothing more intelligent to say*

Wow
Almost mysterious yet sorrowful. Nice slow intro and an awesome buildup
when it finally does. I love the piano interlude. You make good stuff.
Chak's guitar added a good edge to this.

Wicked!
John, your solos are amaaazing - really add alot to the song - gives it
character. Ein, a great production - the piano is beautifully sorrowful.

Vaguely reminiscent
of some old music in the beginning, don't know who... hmmm, the
additional guitar suddenly showing up on the left in snippets was a
little distracting, I would have liked that to have been ramped in or not
so far panned, sounded like a little guitar-snippet pasted in. When it
picks up and starts rocking, it pretty much sweeps you away, great
sound, wonderful melody & awsome guitar playing, nice dissonant
stretching crescendo, then good release to the end. I'd prefer not to
have a fade-out, but instead to let the piano naturally decay on the last
note, and the guitar do its last little flourish & then stop. Just my idea
though... fade-outs often sound like there's more back there that we
don't get to listen to, and it doesn't resolve.

wow guys
ein you need to put out a cd of duets with outrageous guitar
players...this is smokin!! Chak played his ass off for you!...but then
again, your compositions are easy to play to because all the parts are
already in there...you only need to play them....chak got it right and
played VERY well...i would like to hear a tiny bit of reverb on the quiet
guitar at the beginning..it's a little dry and brittle there. But CRAP this
is a good one ein!!...great stuff!!!

Tasty!
I'm reeling from the change of mood - great playing from you both!
The guitar really makes the song "whole" - hard to believe the change
of pace! VERY nicely done guys, and a great track to start with Einar.
"Some guitar parts" - I was expecting a 10 second solo :) Nice!

Sounds...
pretty darn good to me...nice guitar work that complements the purer
piano sounds. Like the way it builds up to the rockier feel.. really nice
playing!

cool backrop with the piano really
makes the guitar shine. Like the suspensfulness of the guitar especially at
the beginning.

Starts off Tentatively and then Boom
Excellent music - I like the slow build, the piano melody and the kick into
the more raucous part. Excellent playing and production.

two masters
When two masters of two different instruments collide, you expect
perfection. This is fusion of the serenity of the piano and the energy of
the guitar. Most parts of the song really work with both instruments in
unison, but I personally prefered that certain parts were dedicated to
mainly piano alone and certain parts were just mostly guitar (with softer
piano background). That would allow the listener to experience the
contrast of the the tranquility of the piano and the fury of the guitar.
Both piano and guitar playing were masterful but there are a few areas
where they tend to drown each other out and gives me a sense of chaos.
Just my personal opinion. Still, this collaboration is a dream team of sorts
which gets high marks.

Very Gooey...
i coodnt think of any other expression so i chose to use this 'gooey' one. very, very, original and fantastic and nice and expialiying all the satisfaction of ppl.

ah!!
I remember i loved your first version of this. Chakeres guitar play really adds a wonderful texture to this. Sounds a bit like a metallica ballad, at least in the start of the song. Ah, that guitarplay is really lovely. This song becomes better and better throughout, it grows all the way to the end. That guitar fitted amazingly well into the mix. It would be interesting to hear this song with som agressive vocals and lyrics as well. Now that you have started to sing a little, why not give it a try? Keep up your wonderful work Einar.

Progging Contemporary
Luckily I saw this in someone's Fav's list. Never would have checked
"Adult Contemporary" otherwise. You should put this under rock
instrumental or Prog. Very well done dude.
