What I Love About You (Lonely Blues)

This is a live run through with guitar and voice, to which I added a short guitar riff and some harmony. I'm considering fleshing it out with some percussion, electric guitar, and bass, but in the meantime I thought I'd post this version, which I like for it's starkness and simplicity.

I've got no baby,
And lately
It's all I can do
To keep from calling you

I'm feeling lonely,
If only
I could talk with you
I might feel better it's true

No I won't feel better
You never
Say what I want you to
It's what I love about you

Maybe I'll move to
The city
Where I can be all alone
And there I'll wait by the phone

I'll get no answers
From singing
These lonely blues

But I won't feel better
You never
Say what I want you to
It's what I love about you
