Description
This morning's fruits. This is an attempt to simply emote melodically. It should be said that the vocal and the main acoustic guitar part where all spontaneous. My main focus here was my vocal. It clips a little at points, but I didn't want to loose the take so I used it anyways.

Lyrics
I don't really know but they communicate being lost, being in a state of unknowing, feeling out of control.

Bewitched !
Extremely focused performance and captivating voice. Thought of John Martyn and Jeff Buckley. You do have a deep personal universe and enticed me in. Thank you for this rare moment.

Lost
The whole song has a wavery, uncertain feel... like this scene is made of tissue paper and illusions, and constantly in danger of collapse. With your words, I feel the structure grow and climb like the tower of Babel. The feeling of out of control comes through. It's all black and blue and shadowy. Thanks, I enjoyed listening to this.

What he said
goes for me too. This is one of the best comments I've read here on MJ. Excellent description of the mood of this song.

trippy
Pensive stuff. Almost Doors-esque. I can't compete with PV's poetic comment, so I'll just agree and listen to this a few more times. :-)

great experimentation
vocal wise it is captivating. the circlng guitar and the otherworldly leading makes for a nice sound scape.
your personal tension is revealed in the singing.

Curtain call
Diaphanous, muslin drapes at the entrance to the Cave of Illusions. The smell of old linseed oil. Floating eyes and chains.

music-art
Not for me to compete with these poets here above. Just wanted to express my deepest respect for this enchanting piece of music-art. Today I have nothing more to add :-)

control on the edge
looking down from the top of a building teetering on the edge without a net, if i look up while stand taller? if i fall will i wake up? do i dream of being awake? or do i go for the moment where the song leads me. surly all. spontaneous only has one chance and this is a good example of such.

surreal
jeff buckley fer sure and PV's comment was so spot on its hard to add to that :-) really all your posts are emotive as this. its your hypnotic voice and passionate delivery. the backing bed is edgy, but proves to be the perfect backdrop for this stark vox delivery

really a great track

Recorded under a crescent moon??
I see spinning Sufis and wafting streams of latakia, yedidje and Izmir weaving around dark eyes and stoic faces...rhapsodic calls from high up places...echoing through the dark alley ways - stone labyrinth still warm from rowdy market trade... the night takes a deep breath - and sighs - tomorrow soon breaks...
Kris, this is a great spontaneous offering - deeply appreciated...
