Description
This track is done on Sony Acid Music Studio, which for me is a step up from my Kristal Audio Engine, as I can use midi and vst instruments. I enjoy making tracks on Sony because of its versitility of using samples and midi. I hope you like this track as much as I did making it.

I have
no idea at all how you do this stuff Keith, but the production is superb.
Love all the twists and turns it takes and all of them excellent rhythms.
Great stuff.
Cheers
Len

Thats such a great compliment. I'm really pleased that you liked the track. Thanks as always for listening and commenting on the tracks. Much appreciated.
The main impulse for making tracks like this, is the love of music and making music.

This is nice
I love the hypnotic, but ever-changing nature of it. I downloaded it and it came up in itunes as "electro reggae" - which is a great description! I like the sounds, and I love the production. First time I listened on my crappy computer speakers, but when I put on the phones it really sprang to life. This a a nice track. Good work. Peace.

nice one
I liked this one, though I do think it has more potential. THe 303 could be opened up (automation ;-)) and the bridge at 2 minutes kicks in a bit too sudden. I do like guitar samples you have used (although the reverb is a bit weir) and the overall feel of the tune is new and fresh. I dig where you are going. Get yourself a guitar and start doing some serious album producing, I mean it. It has a commercial touch to it that would allow you yo make bucks of it. I mean it, it entails quite an investment of time (and perhaps I am just talking to myself).
ciao, GOOD ONE!

Thanks JB
for the helpful hints. You are right, I just need to get a bit more confident with the new system. I'm not too sure how good the automation is as its not the Pro version. I'm not sure about the guitar though. Thanks for the in depth comment and listening to the track. Really Appreciated.

Moving and grooving
This track represents the fun you are obviously having putting together sonic pieces to create an ambient soundtrack. It has a nice balance between a straight forward simplicity and teasing textural complexities. In the process it moves ... and it grooves : >

Wow, Thank you Warren
I like your intricate comment. I'm really pleased that you like the track. I would have liked to expand on the acidline, but like I've said in a previous comment, I just want to get used to using the system as for me its brand new. Hope to see you again.

All the King's horses.
In one place, but not all at the same time.

Especially like the build off the naked guitar.

The Naked Guitar Riff
Is the guitar riff mic'd or DI?
That is a very cool clean timbre.
thanks,
Cooper

Hi
the guitars are just samples with some reverb and delay to add space. Thanks again to look forward to seeing you here again.

Wow
Love this one Keith. The descending shimmering curtain of synth was a wonderful surprise on first hearing it. So many themes and sounds, but stitched together with great integrity. Quite the impact!! DL material for certain.

Cheers,
Doug
