Description
Trancey thing, 8 minutes long, but there's a lot in this one. It's my first foray into Logic Pro, which I've just got. Man alive, what a programme!

Anyway, there are 24 tracks, 5 percussion/drums, 2 bass and the rest are synths. I've used no loops apart from the drums, which are Groove Monkey midis that I've fiddled about with.

Hope you can listen to the end and thanks for stopping by. :-)

Logic Pro
I love this it's take me to a dream land or space... I have been where curios about "Logic Pro" as I hear it have a way better sound in it BUT is it hard to learn the apps just asking.... I really love the rhythm and all the spacey sounds you have in this one and the mix it top notch... Cheers

Hey Dave ..
.. very nice!

A really cool piece of work here - you seem to have a fantastic ear for this sort of thing.

LP is a heap of fun - almost too good to be legal ;)

A Hole In The Roof
Dave - I not only listened through to the end, I'm now listening again. This is so artful, well put together, interesting and magnetic. I'm extremely impressed this is your FIRST foray into LP - sounds like you've already got it mastered. I just say "logic pro" and break out in hives! Really excellent work - thanks!

Thanks!
Kind of you to listen and comment - glad you liked it.

I've been using Logic 7 Express now for about 2 years, so it's not really a first foray into Logic. I have to say, after just over a week in, I'm finding LP 8 much easier to use than the older version, but I'm overwhelmed by what's in it. Fantastic bit of kit, and heartily recommended.

Thanks again!

Wow
Very good sounds and cool composition. You can now see why lots of trance artists use Logic, I know lots of Psytrance artists do. Love the synth work. Only thing would be to make the beat a bit more powerful, however that is a small thing compared to the whole track which is very good.

Whats the main difference in Logic Express and Logic Pro apart from the price? What made you upgrade?

Nice
There's a whole in the roof alright but this song made me forget our environmental troubles. More great synth explorations. 24 tracks. You must have one of those quad core machines. Nicely produced. Enjoyed.

Yes I got me one. 3.06GHz monster with the ram maxed out. No freezing Logic anymore, I hope!

Thanks for listening AJ. :-)

Wow!
This is trance PAR EXCELLENCE! Even though it is long, one is not so aware of the passage of time.

Clean, spacious and energetic. You held my interest all the way to the considerably less-than-bitter end! Ha ha...

Be well!

Thank you!
Nice of you to listen and provide such kind comments. I call it "trance" but I'm never sure about genres really. I don't think it matters too much
