Lyrics
The skies now have changed over time
They aren't as bright as I have in mind
The will of love has dwindled down
Sound of Peace diminished in the crowd
The Times have changed yet another way
Will we dawn a brighter day

Times of darkness have stormed our land
The poor only know what famine is
Families grasping at the thought of life
How can we find the promised way
The Times have changed yet another way
Will we dawn a brighter day

The cars and buses all file in
Work til we are broken in
Control our ways with wages in mind
If you can't reach a goal you are mine
The Times have changed yet another way
Will we dawn a brighter day

The tired and wear are thrown aside
The world's hungry barely survive
Still the wealthy bloat with greed inside
Lost in Hell's Paradise
The Times have change yet another way
Will we dawn a brighter day

Peace and Love are what we must trust
You gotta help everyone
If you wanna see change in the world
You gotta help everyone
For if we'll change yet another way
Let's lead a better way

I'm like it!
I'm pro-better way! I think the song is great. I like the vocals and theme.

Nice acoustic guitar, too.

The only thing I would suggest bringing the male vocal down a bit and bringing the female up a bit.

Your voices are good together!

very good!
First of yours I've listened to and I like it!
Good lyrics and performance. I think I would have liked the mix even more if the female vocal was panned in the centre of the stereo field and the male vocal panned both left and right with a slight time offset between each. I agree with Doug the male voice could be a bit quieter and have a bit more reverb on it to make it sound a bit further away.
I enjoyed listening so thanks for posting.

Bad Chorus Mix
Steve,
Thanks for the comments. I agree with everyone on the male vocals being mixed too loudly. I put up the wrong mix for the chorus part :(. I will definitely play around with the reverb and putting the female vocal in the middle though, good idea. Thanks for the listen. We'll have more up in the near future..got my Martin in for repair right now so I can't record. Thanks.

Good song!
i like it! Thanks for sharing!

Good work! Also, i don't know if it is intentional, but you might want to put a steep fade on the end because I caught some sound at the end that sounds like patch cords or guitar strap hitting the guitar body.

OVERALL, however, I love it! lol!

Hey....
Who's the female singer? I didn't like the distorted guitar much. But, I'm really impressed with your writing.

The Singer
Dave,
The woman that sings is my wife. We both love music so we figured why not write it together. Thanks.

Excellent.
The two vocals could use a touch of EQ and maybe some echo or reverb to fill them out a little.

But really a cool song with good sounds!
