My TD influence is all over this. I was very happy with the sudden expansion I was trying to get when the second half crashes in.

Another full-on track.

There are too many parts that worked well together for me to pick any particular bit out for any special comment.

It's only a pity that you don't have the download button activated on this or any of your pieces.

TD alright!
Late 80's or later, I am very poorly updated on their lastest couple of decades :-/ In general, I think you are better behind the mixing table, though. That were never the strength of TD. Tonight it's too late to test this mix on the speakers, but I'll try it again later. Of course I will!

BTW, I may have said this before, but you should go and listen to MJ artist Matan. Some of his songs captures the TD style almost better than themselves, and apparantly he has/had not even heard them. Well worth a listen!

Thanks again!

long live TD!
And long live you... very nice writing here... the bubbly arpeggios also remind me a bit of Ray Lynch, but your synths sound better :-)

Yp, I like it when the dam bursts open for the second half too, well done. I'm not much of a fan of TD's later weirder stuff, so this is more my style. Give me big helpings of Stratosfear and White Eagle.

Europa wild steer, and you better hang on! (Sorry, had to say it.)

Well I dunno who TD is (ok I have led a sheltered rock n roll life) but I think you have the market cornered here for ambient electronica. nice performance and well mixed and mastered. I also like your use of synths to produce a rhythm in the first third of the song, and then, surprisingly, drums come in and take over. Nice work - thanks for sharing this with us.

TD is or rather 'are' Tangerine Dream the seminal electronic act formed in Germany in the sixties. They are the forerunners of the arpeggiated music of today.

I liked the running rhythmic thread that binds this together then the way it opens up. Very cool.

sorry andrew
i'm very behind on my listening...hoping to catch up. This is wonderful. I really love the light, bouncing start. It feels like we are slowly circling, coming closer and closer to some unknown yet highly anticipated sight...and then wow there it is! Your sound choices are always so incredibly perfect and engaging. This one has a poignancy to it, a tentative joy, a soft lingering beauty amidst the movement. Really great track.
