Description
Single simple over dub. 2 guitars. I think this was done in November of 08, but I just stumbled across it on one of my external drives. Thinking I didn't upload it because the recording seems a little blown out here and there, but then listening to it...I thought, it's nicer than it is bad, so why not post it? Maybe I shouldn't ask questions like that.

Thanks Ego
I think I'll take another crack at it or see if I can get a better recording. Could be cool with some keyboards, bass...maybe some electric guitar.

This is worth
pursuing further Blaine. I could see this being the intro and bed to a progressive type song. I like the recording.

Needs a little Z293
I hear that stuff works wonders at cleaning music. I would like to pursue it. Know anywhere I can find a band? Thanks Z, honored that you listened and commented.

Another cool groove
You're good at that - creating those nice acoustic moods.

Thanks for sharing, Bt !

No 12 on this on
Actually there's no 12 string on this piece. I think this is just 2 tracks using my classical.

...sometimes it is what is is...
This sounds very good in my ears, I was never seeking the polished sound, rather the opposite. Two powerful guitar meet, they play, the conquer, and luckily it was recorded for us to listen to. Anything that gives you cramp is worth sharing, never forget! :)

Start of something big
I'm a sucker for those chords. Definitely has that old CSN flavor. This is dying for a melody line. I like your idea of teaming up with Z293, electric guitarist extraordinaire. You guys working together would absolutely kill. The sound quality is there already. Glad you decided to post this.

I don't even know what those chords are
True story. Everything I do is improv, although, if you improv things long enough, they become songs...sort of. I'm sure there's a proper term for it. Not sure the quality is there on this for an overdub, but hey, I'm all for it. Thanks for the listen.

Not too
blown out for a post! Love the interaction of the guitars... As Tim said, LOTS of energy moving in this. Guitars are clean and cool sounding... Very cool indeed!

Rub a dub dub. Yes. This is resonant and sure. Thanks for posting.

I am starting
to get a taste for acoustic guitar like my Ratty Guitar blues (Thanks for your generous comments btw) and this which is just what it says on the tin.
If you just do one take and post it warts and all it is like as near to playing live as you can get.
I can't quite make out what you're muttering as you put the guitar down.It may be 'I've got a bit of cramp'.Woohoo not surprising after that performance .Yes I do like this and more of it please.

simple?
you stated this was a single simple overdub? anyways, you make it sound more complex than simple, and I would also argue with you on the "little blown out" comment as well. Alot of energy is felt in this song. Maybe this stumble needed to be stumbled upon and shared....well done!

Simple...
it is. I do hear some clipping in it, or maybe it was the compression when converted to MP3, but I think it's in the original recording. What can I say, I flip up the H2, record, play back in GB, overdub. Done in 30 minutes or less. It's the only thing I can do. Thanks Rac! Appreciate the listen and comment.

Cramp
Really like the chords. Has fabulous potential. Think it would be very cool with a bass and percussion track added, and especially if you could add a voice track.

Now if I could only play the drums and Bass...

Going to try this again on the electric and see what happens.
