Lyrics
Thinking about tomorrow
Wrapped up in sorrow
Gonna get lost in the rain
Things that I said
Pop in my head
Thoughts that drive me insane

Places I go
The people I know
Don't understand my pain
I want to expand
Lend a hand
So I don't have to explain

It's been a long road
I'm walking through
Any my trials are hard
This is it, I'm almost through
I will share my reward

Thinking about tomorrow
Don't know what's happening then
Want to get lost in the rain
This world of questions
Stuck in my head
I choose to live in again.

I'm a Sucker
for 'Antique progressions', so this is already a winner for me.... love this style and your nice bit of vibrato you're blessed with. You always give a nice soulful performance and this is melancholic, but forward looking too ...... while the melody takes me back to lazy summer days of the 70's for some reason, thank you, regards M

Great...
...laid back vibe. Percussion is perfect and the guitar really matches your voice. Excellent.

Thanks
I hand typed the percussion. In the past, I've tried too hard to make it complex with poor results. As it is, I'm playing at my level. Thanks for taking the time!

Sweet
I like the track a lot, sounds a bit nostalgic. Your vocals sound really great, I dig the effect a lot. Good stuff!

Nostalgic indeed!
Glad you like the vocals, Dani. They were really fun to do. My arms were waving all over... it would have looked embarrassing, I'm sure. ;)

Doug
this is really cool, It reminds me of many artists and styles in a good way yet it's very unique, I'd love to hear a cleaner drier vocal on this, but the way you did it is pretty darn cool, this is very catchy, really stuck in my head, great job!

Thank you jd!
In the back of my mind, I was channeling a few artists, trying not to sound too much like them. But thanks again for stopping by!

Loopless!
So cool! It was wonderfully pensive without being too weighty or heavy. I could totally see this in a movie soundtrack, while the protaganist takes a long walk on city streets, contemplating life, the future, the past, and everything in between! I really love the antique progression, and admire how well you utilized it. Thanks for sharing. :)

Nice one Doug
I'm getting a bit of a John Sebastian feel here. I probably would reduce the fx on the vocals a tad (not too much mind you). Also a little bit of "Santa Baby" - but then I've stopped taking the tablets ;)
Love this one.
Cheers from Oz!

Hey Neil!
Sounds like you may be getting some tablets for Christmas this year!!

Thanks for the listen! I'm going to get a combo together locally to give this one a try. It has potential with jams and such, too!
