many pianists . . .
really draws me in - its structural organization - PP to PF volume variations
in key attack - making a profoundly somber minor statement - creating a 'question / answer' format - nice tonal output has been achieved - gorgeously rich low notes -
the dissonance - rhythmic anticipations while developing the melody at :17 - draws attention -
utilizing rudimental elements so many pianists forget ! I like this memorable melody in A minor . . .

two pianos
I'm very curious as to how this composition took shape for you. Did you write one piano piece first and then decide to add a second? Or was the original conception of the piece as a duet? it boggles my brain but it's gorgeous. the constant playing with meter and phrasing is complex and yet the piece sounds so simple and natural. an impressive accomplishment and your performance is wonderful. thank you for sharing this with us!
