Protonic Reversal

Something I recorded today. I mostly used Native Instrument plug ins like Reaktor and Massive for this track. Reaktor provided the drum and pad sounds while a synth in Massive was routed through Logics pedal and amp designer plug ins for the main riff.

fantastic riff!
Love the distorted riff - really drives along. I think the drums need to be louder in the mix. Not sure about blending the riff into the ambient chords, maybe drop the riff then bring in the chords then meld the two? Just a thought. Really nice sounds though. Great.

Sounds good
Even if not exactly ambient ;-) Guess Smokey has a point there, but it's not a big deal. Well, on to the next...

Take care,

Good groove, like the fuzzy guitar sound. Complementary sound choices, nice mix

Switched genre, eh? Yeah, this is a rocker masquerading as an electronic piece. Really like the groove, and the easy chord changes sound great. Slick.
