Bhang The Bomb

Davajonah suggested on 'Bhang goes the Lassi' that I should do a bhangra dub that goes on for 10 minutes. Well I couldn't get to 10 mins, however this 8 min bhangra inspired dub. Enjoy

Very cool!
I've been listening to a lot of Bollywood and Indian pop music lately. I've really fallen in love with the rhythms and the sounds, so, I have to say, I really enjoyed this one. Downloaded and going to live in my iPod!

Indie pop?
I have no idea how much of this is authentic, or how close it would be to pop music that you would hear in India, but it sure is fun!

I guess the echo-y vocals make it dub?

how you came to this. It is rather undivinerish in sound, not in its quality to put me in a trance. Was it a samplepack was it a beautiful woman you found somewhere to sing for you? In any case I hope it is clear to you that these are again new and exciting territories you are exploring! Sweet work.

Downloading as I type. VERY cool. I'm glad I made that suggestion. Right up my street this, brilliant fusion of styles, Bhangra-dub!

Excellent, Keith.

Yes .....
... very groovy indeed ..... I do enjoy an Indian Raga from time to time .... somewhere around here I have a little scarf skirty thingy with little metal chingy things all over it .. hmmmm maybe I need to put it on and do a little dance now .... once upon a time I posted a tune with some Indian words sang on it ... got the translation from the Internet ... probably didn't even pronounce them right ... hahaha
