Lyrics
In a world, a world of imagination. (I see your story line)
You were here, even before creation
Here before all time
pure but not refined
in my heart alive
near and right on time

Savior I will live for your kingdom
Savior just believe in him now
Jesus let your peace fall upon us
Jesus in your love that I'm found

In a place a place without much ambition
you remained, remained until glory-reflection

Here before all time
here and through the fire
nowhere else to hide
in you I'm alive

Savior I will live for your kingdom
Savior just believe in him now
Jesus let your peace fall upon us
Jesus in your love that I'm found

In Love...
I assume you are looking for suggestions? Try pitch correction to smooth out the vocals, "adenoidal" flavor is market sensitive, maybe more compression and d-essing would help?
I would suggest changing the envelopes on the synths, something bright and energetic would push your tune into the light perhaps...

Very good song
But I feel you are singing in a key just a bit too low for you to register on the track at times. When you put some reverb into it around 1:30 your voice sounded more assured and much easier to read (then again I'm listening to this at work on some cheap headphones so take my advice with a grain of salt). I like the instrumental part of this track very much; a well crafted song and recording (except for maybe a bit more presence on the vocal)....thanks!

PS
You might want to delete the other 2 versions of this above to make it easier for listeners to figure out which is the "good" track. Thanks...

I agree, I wrote it before completing melody/lyrics so I need to change keys and re-record. But thanks for the input! blessings,

Daug & Michael both had some good insights. Your vocals are spanning a number of registers though and I can see why you had to start out low. You could beef that up with a vocal plug-in like Izotope's Nectar which incorporates doubling, de-essing and pitch correction. Consider pushing the song into the upper register at the beginning of the chorus, there is one spot where you do it right before the chorus, and as a result the song loses some energy there. I like the tracks & the mix.

This is my solo music....I just have to let out my own personal creativity somewhere. Creating music without limits, without opinions, described as "Floaty" by Christian Baxter. "Completely original" - Seth Flood. "Magnum...just amazing!" - Kevin How... [see more]
