Where's Al?
Nice tune, well arranged. Don't really get the title. When I think of Scarface, I see a pissed off Al Pacino cussing someone out. This tune is rather stately.

Well, "The Departed" maybe, then
I don't know if it makes much sense, but when I think of movies like Godfather, Carlito's Way, and The Departed, there has always been a motif of the church and the salvation. And the original organ riff before guitar was laid on reminded me a bit of those movies. Maybe I should have gone for "The Departed". Coming up with a proper title is always difficult for instrumentals, sigh.

Amazing piece of music from the iPad! Prompts me to go back and have a look at GB on that platform. A big sound, with strong, majestic lines. Much enjoyed!

iPad and Rock Organ
Hey, thanks a lot for the kind comment. Appreciate it a lot. I have always been fascinated by heavy organ sounds since childhood, and iPad GB has excellent rock organ sound. As I have said several times here, iPad is definitely worth checking out. Some nice music making softwares on iPad including GB, FL studio mobile, and Nanostudio. A nice toy to play with and bring along just about anywhere.

Fine job
Hi Jay. You have done a fine job developing an instrumental entirely using the iPad. Music, anytime, anywhere? Enjoyed. Take care, Peter.

Thank you.
A bit late reply, but anyway... Thank you for the comment and the listen. It's ironic that I get less productive when I sit down in front of my digital piano connected to Mac or PC than when I'm messing around with iPad in my sofa or bed. I'm gonna keep on working on my piano and keyboard playing though.

Did a brief stint in a hobby band back in the 90s, and still do some occassional jam sessions with my old buddies. But I don't consider myself a musician or an artist. 'Hobbyist' might be the best word to describe me in macjams. Still, I try to m... [see more]
