Tu Seulement Tu

My friend Gérald DeGroote created a beautiful distonal bass piece which immediately inspired and became part of this improv of mine. He and I have collaborated happily many times but this is definitely one of my favorites now. There is something about this kind of music which soothes and excites me at the same time. We hope it will do the same for you.

Only you, only you can do, can do
Only you can do the things you do
To me

My brain reacts to those things you do
Where did it come from, I never know,
But it comes from you - me, too...

Only, only, only you
Inside my chest
This heart it's beating
Doing its best to
Keep up with you

Ooooh, ooooooh, ooooooooh
Ooooh, ooooh, oooooh, oooooh

Tu seulment, tu....

Only you
Extraordinary music. The contrast between the "out there" bass and the beautiful, tuneful vocal is fascinating. Makes for a moving piece of music. Much enjoyed.

Yes, your resonance here, reminds me of DeeDee
Bridgewater's work..so clean, so sure, so full,
so pure..the arrangement provided by G.DeGroote
is powerful and provides an excellent canvas
for the vocal paintbrush you display effortlessly here..Big Smile City, most excellent indeed...:)peace
