ambient music inspired by the score to Carl Sagan's Cosmos tv series from the 70's. The show was amazing and Carl Sagan is one of my favorite people of all time. The music score as very lovely! Check it out sometime.

This is really nice! Introspective atmosphere. Good as it is, but I think it could also be interesting to hear a version with the reed sound changed to a more electronic synth sound, but that's me :)

I concur re the reed sound. It doesn't fit in really with the overall flavour of the piece and sounds rather incongruous. You might try adding some echo or reverb to it, or yes, find a suitable synth sound instead. But this is a nice ambient piece. The backing pads especially, and the echoing piano synth, are lovely.
