Just me arsing about on my guitar. Thought I'd give you some idea how my tunes come about. Don't blame you if you give up half way through.

nobody arses about better than you.....you total arse. i lasted seven seconds....and that was only because i was peeling potatoes at the time and it took me six seconds to get to the computer.
if i were a music teacher at bangor comprehensive i would probably say 'must try harder'......but given that i'm not.....stop arsing about and get a job.

Pootling? I thought that was banned in 17 European countries :-) Just arsing about on a guitar is good for the soul, especially when distortion is involved, and especially if it is loud! Thanks for this insight into your creative process. Regards, Peter

Best ideas come this way.
Noodling (not pootling) around is maybe the best way to finding out what's in your head. Most of what I do is just that. It takes a bit of courage to just "put it out there," but I completely appreciate the process of discovery you are sharing. And, by the way, you've got some seriously fast fingers. Man, can you fly across that fretboard.

What a sound. That guitar is wailing. Sounds like you were having a lot of fun! Probably needs a song to be inside of, but I enjoyed listening to your pootling as is!
