updated version of this track added some keys to the A and B sections....added a truly funky bassist from Jolly Ol' England named Alex McGibbon...eq'd the bass track to give it a bit more bite....snatched a riff he played during the vamp out and made it part of the intro with a wah effect...finally added a bit of compression to the mixdown to tighten it all up....feel free to jam...or critique.... Peace! Cee

saw that
title and had to come. more jazzy than i was thinking, but that was definitely not a let down. still funks. bass feels good the way it's hitting me. mixwise, i think there could be a bit more final 'sparkle' or air. sounds slightly constrained.

Digging the mix
That bass is something else and synth compliments well. Pro sounding and clear to the ears.

Quality work. I love the entry of the springy bass. Good blend of dreamy and cutting instruments. Variety in the arrangement. Impressive!

Just one more thing
Great groove, solid and thick. I would love to hear the right MC and some gospel girls singing backup over this track!

All that work...
...has paid off in a track that cooks from note one to the end. This just oozes with energy and a light-hearted bounce that is impossible to ignore. I wonder if a real TUNE could grow out of this for either a vocal or instrumental solo. Just a thought. Very nice track and beautifully produced.
