Description
Graham & Sam once again. Graham posted a version of this song a few weeks back, but gave me the go to do a version of my own. So I added new vocals and some keys to hopefully sound a bit different from the original.

Graham: composer, all guitars, fretless bass and bkg vocals
Me: lead vocals, organ, mellotron, drums, mix.

Are you still listening?
Look behind the screen... Enjoyed this one here. Has an interesting structure, and, the playing and midi support the effort, which is always inspired. The little modules all work together. This method of writing modules is an effective way to free up the project to grow!
Perhaps the theme is shop worn, too many ghost in the machine, alienation lyrics laying around? Might have been better as a moderate character sketch about a guy who cleans up the lab and gambles on the new iPhone bringing him happiness?

Other Worldy
This takes an already spooky song and sends it into strange new realms. I like the new percussive elements, and the mellotron is perfect.

Those drums are pretty busy. Maybe too busy? I loved the acoustic guitars in this also.

Great to hear this again with Sam providing the frighteners :-) I like both versions. Cool song. Plenty of spirit (so to speak...). Atmospheric and adventurous. Thanks to you both. Take care.

always interesting to see how I can make a song a little different from it's original form. Thanks Peter.

Mello
It's definitely hard to use a Tron and not think of either KC or the Moody Blues. But there is also something in the vocals that reminded me. Hard to put my finger on it.

Nice
Beautiful atmosphere and mystery throughout. Reminds me a little of CS&N Deja Vu. Love the way the vocals come swimming through the music like clouds in an alien sky.

Someone
else said the same thing at my DAW forum! Don't know how that happened, but I'll certainly take CS&N.

Really progressive some fantastic music by Grah3am. Really like the layered vocals, kind of reminds me of Gentle Giant. Great job from the two of you.
