Poor little doggie
This soundtrack is a great underscoring of the start of her biggest and last journey.

Sadness
Such an awful thing to do to a dog and she's still out there, floating around. I really like the Russian flavour to this. Strings are fantastic. Great music and appropriate too.

Glad you liked the music here
Actually, the calculations weren't entirely accurate, and after 4 months, her capsule began to touch the atmospheric boundary of the Earth with a tiny amount of aerodynamic drag, which eventually, around 6 weeks later, pulled the capsule into a re-entry path where it, and she, burned up and disintegrated.

Perhaps rather fitting, that she were to have her ashes spread over almost the entire planet during the long re-entry burn which lasted 2 orbits.
