Description
Noodling in the key of A that I've been fiddling with over the last week.

PRS Angelus recorded with two AKG pencil condenser mics.

I took the photo in Ireland last April in County Kerry.

Happy New Year!

Regards,

Peter.

Wow...
disarmingly mellow tones. Engaging arrangement for mere "noodling."

Very nice!

What I Love
Beautiful tone, sweet simple lines and chords. This is what I love about acoustic guitar. Instant expression and creativity at the tips of your fingers.

not many can cook up some noodles like you do Peter. cool chordal structure that's close to what jimmy page has done on acoustic pieces.

Hills and hollers
as they call them in some parts of the US.

You're sounding might good on that PRS. It sounds like the finger noise frequency is pretty precisely localized. Have you tried filtering that? On the other hand, you may want to keep things real.

Hills and hollers...
Thanks, Vic. The PRS is so resonant it picks up everything unmercifully. I have several noise reduction tools but I often find they just take the edge off the "wide open" sound of the guitar. I will have a fiddle. Take care.

Rich...
Peter, you play with such feeling. Wonderful sound on the guitar. It's the player, not the guitar I credit. Kudos...

Noodling
Wow that's a fine sound. Such depth and realism. Well played and composed, as per your usual high standards, but this one strikes me as having a warm richness in tone that is thoroughly engaging.

Thanks for the download Philip!
